Pilates
Live Well provides small group classes, semi-private, and private Pilates sessions. Our bodies are meant to move and helping your body move with ease and grace is our goal. We meet you where you’re at and provide a supportive environment for you to gain strength, learn to move more efficiently, and feel better as you go about your everyday life.
Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy at Live Well uses a patient-centered approach to treating you as a whole. We address specific injuries, pains, or movement limitations you may be experiencing. Through the evaluation process of assessing your posture, mobility, strength, and motor control, we get to the underlying source of your pain rather than treating your symptoms.
